When growth creates friction

Your success has created more to manage—not more of you.

The details may be important. That doesn't mean they all need your attention.

01

Your day is running you.

Calendar changes, inbox decisions, travel, meetings, and constant requests keep pulling you back into the weeds.

02

Important things keep drifting.

Projects, relationships, and action items lose momentum because no one truly owns the follow-through.

03

You need judgment, not another task-taker.

You need someone who understands context, anticipates what's next, communicates professionally, and can operate without constant direction.

Meet Brooke

Experience you can trust. Partnership you don't have to train from scratch.

I've spent more than a decade supporting executives and founders, growing from executive support into operations, project leadership, client experience, and strategic execution.

For more than 5 years, I served as a trusted partner to the Founder & CEO of a 100+ employee organization, supporting executive priorities while taking ownership of founder operations, strategic initiatives, client relationships, and high-touch experiences.

My experience also includes remote executive support through BELAY, where I was selected as a contracted Virtual Executive Assistant. The partnership grew so successfully that my client ultimately brought me on as a full-time employee.

Those experiences shaped how I work today: I learn the bigger picture, anticipate what's needed, and take ownership of what needs to happen next.

Experienced enough to anticipate what's next. Trusted enough to take ownership of it.

Behind the work, I'm also a wife and mom. I believe the best support creates room for what matters most in life.

Ways to Work Together

Choose the level of partnership that fits your needs.

You’re not purchasing a block of hours. You’re reserving a dedicated level of my capacity, attention, and partnership.

Each engagement is designed around your priorities and gives you consistent access to experienced executive support without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

Executive Assistant

$3,250/month
Approximately ⅓ of my dedicated capacity

For leaders who need an experienced right hand to protect their time, manage the details, and keep priorities moving.

Your dedicated capacity may support:

  • Executive calendar and inbox management
  • Travel planning and logistics
  • Meeting preparation and follow-through
  • Executive communications
  • Project and task management
  • Personal support
  • Expense reporting
  • Ongoing administrative coordination
You reserve a dedicated portion of my capacity each month, allowing me to become deeply familiar with your priorities, preferences, and way of working.

Executive Assistant Expanded

$5,000/month
Approximately ½ of my dedicated capacity

For leaders who need a deeper level of executive support and greater availability across professional and personal priorities.

Includes everything in Executive Assistant, plus:

  • Expanded executive and personal support
  • Increased project ownership
  • Team and stakeholder coordination
  • Event and meeting management
  • Additional administrative and logistical support
  • Priority support across multiple areas of your business and personal life
A larger share of my capacity means greater continuity, availability, and ownership across the areas that matter most to you.

Your needs can evolve.

Your partnership can grow with you as your business, responsibilities, and priorities change.

The goal isn’t to fill a certain number of hours. It’s to give you back time, create more capacity, and provide a trusted partner who can take meaningful ownership.

Frequently asked questions

A few things to know before we talk.

The best partnerships begin with clarity about fit, expectations, and how we'll work together.

What does “fractional” mean?

Fractional means you get an experienced executive partner without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

Rather than purchasing a set number of hours, you reserve a dedicated portion of my capacity each month. This allows me to become familiar with your business, anticipate your needs, and provide consistent, proactive support.

The goal isn’t to fill hours. It’s to create more capacity for you.

How does your pricing work?

My services are structured around monthly retainers based on the level of capacity and partnership you need.

Your retainer reserves a dedicated portion of my capacity, attention, and availability. You are not purchasing a predetermined block of hours or competing with other clients for whatever time happens to be available.

As your needs evolve, your level of dedicated capacity can evolve with you.

Do you track hours?

I may track time internally to manage capacity and ensure I’m honoring the commitments made to each client, but your retainer is not based on using up a certain number of hours.

The value is in having a dedicated executive partner who understands your priorities and can proactively manage what needs to be done.

How do you integrate with my team and systems?

I integrate into your existing systems, workflows, and communication channels so I can work as a true extension of you and your team.

Depending on your needs, this may include a company email address, shared calendar access, project management and communication platforms, CRM systems, and other tools needed to effectively support you and your business.

During onboarding, we’ll determine the appropriate access and setup based on your needs, workflows, and security requirements so I can step in seamlessly and begin taking ownership.

What happens if my needs change?

Your business and priorities will change, and your support can change with them.

If you need more or less capacity, we’ll revisit your partnership level and adjust as needed. My goal is to make sure you’re investing in the right level of support for where you are—not paying for more capacity than you need.

How does billing and the business relationship work?

Brooke Martin Operations, LLC is an independently owned and operated business. Clients engage me through a monthly retainer for executive support services and receive an invoice for services rather than processing me through payroll.

I maintain my own business operations, including my EIN and business-related responsibilities. I can provide a W-9 or other standard vendor documentation as needed.

Every client relationship begins with a written agreement outlining the scope of our partnership, retainer, communication expectations, confidentiality, and other important terms.

Is there a long-term commitment?

We’ll begin with an initial three-month partnership. This gives us enough time to build context, transfer meaningful ownership, and evaluate the relationship based on real results—not just the first few weeks of onboarding.

Before we begin, we’ll sign a partnership agreement outlining the initial three-month commitment and the terms of our engagement. After the initial three months, the partnership continues on a month-to-month basis and requires 30 days’ notice if your business needs change or you decide to end the partnership.

This structure provides enough consistency to build a meaningful partnership while allowing flexibility as your business evolves.

Let's talk

What could you do with more capacity?

Let's identify what's taking too much of your attention, what needs stronger ownership, and whether I'm the right partner to help you move it forward.
